Our Solution
Hawai‘i Technology Pathways is a program designed to connect skilled kamaʻāina professionals with meaningful career opportunities back home. By building strong employer partnerships, engaging in proactive recruitment, and collaborating with local organizations, the program works to bridge the tech talent gap, reduce outsourcing, and foster a sustainable, innovative workforce rooted in the spirit of community and aloha.
